My name is Jordan Bruso. I was born and raised in Peru, Massachusetts. I spent most of my adult life in North Carolina and overseas serving with the Marine Corps. My major is History with a specialization in war, peace, and society. I would like to pursue a graduate degree in Military Theory and research.
My Civil War research will be conducted on the New Hampshire 6th volunteer infantry regiment. I chose this regiment because this unit was organized and mustered in Keene, New Hampshire. I will be analyzing how training and support affected battlefield outcomes.
